Modify and cancel your ticket
Once your reservation is confirmed, you can change or cancel your reservation.
In any case, you have to go in one of our outlet before your departure for changing or completing your tickets.
One the date or time departure has been modified the ticket is not refundable.
Modifying a ticket :
You have the possibility to modify a standard ticket without limitation up to 6 hours before departure , except of seats availability.
Charges apply for any modification:- Possible supplements applicable on the new journey
- Modification more than 6 hours before the coach departure: € 8 per modification
- Modification less than 6 hours before the coach departure, the ticket is not changeable
IMPORTANT
It is compulsory to precise new date and departure time when changing your ticket.
If the price after changes costs less than the price of the journey previously booked, the difference will not be applicable.
Cancelling a ticket :
- More than 48 hours before departure: 25% of the total price of ticket is not repaid (minimum charged: € 10)
- From 48 hours and 6 hours before departure: 50% of the total price of ticket is not repaid (minimum charged: € 20)
- Less than 6 hours before departure or No Show: 100% of the total price of ticket is not repaid
- Lost or stolen tickets: 100% of the total price of ticket is not repaid
Booking fees, boarding fees and insurance are not refundable.
We draw the attention of our customers that any ticket (Standard or Ticket Ticket Promo) partially used is not refundable.
On round trip tickets, the return ticket is not refundable as soon as the departure date has been expired.
