Your luggage
You can travel with two free luggages (40 kgs to Morocco).
Objects as bicycles, skis, musical instruments, etc. are not accepted onboard.
You may have the possibility to travel with more luggages, if the coach capacity for luggage is not full; fees are charged for any additional luggage.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to carry onboard illicit or flammable products.
The packaging of luggage is totally part of the passenger responsibility.
On board
To ensure the confort of all passengers, it is not allowed to eat, have alcoholic drinks and to smoke onboard. Stops are scheduled to enable you to have something to eat.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke onboard our vehicles.
The safety belt whilst travelling is compulsory.
Identity documents
You have to be in possession of all necessary documents (identity card, passport, visas, and minor authorization for leaving the country...) for travel in the various countries you may pass through or visit.
If you are unable to travel because your identity papers were not valid, refund conditions are mentioned in the article 2 of the Sales conditions will apply.
If you travel to United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland and Italy, you are requested to show your valid travel documentation when booking your journey.
Confirmation of the return journey
Reconfirmation of the return journey is compulsory. Please contact Eurolines offices in your country of destination at least 5 days before your departure day (exception if the mention is different on your ticket).
In certain case, a supplementary fee car be applied.
The reconfirmation is compulsory :
- Baltics
- Bulgaria
- Bosnia-Herzegovina: € 3 for reconfirmation fee - A receipt will be issued, which must be presented at the boarding
- Croatia: € 4 for reconfirmation fee - A receipt will be issued, which must be presented at the boarding
- Morocco
- Moldova
- Macedonia: € 4 for reconfirmation fee - A receipt will be issued, which must be presented at the boarding
- Serbia: € 4 for reconfirmation fee - A receipt will be issued, which must be presented at the boarding
