a. What are Eurolines actions towards passengers safety ?

Quality and safety are two major priorities for Eurolines.
Eurolines employees in bus stations and bus stops can check the bus safety and quality level and warming Eurolines managers if necessary.

Safety and comfort norms, set up by Eurolines Organisation are compulsory for all our coaches :
- ABS
- Temperature controlled air-conditioning
- Dubble windows
- Toilets facitilities
- Radio
- Reclining seats
- TV and video
- Individual access to music
In order to avoid as much as possible any risk of accident, Eurolines prefers motorways when deciding coach traject.

b. Which destinations are proposed by Eurolines ?

Eurolines proposes 1 500 destinations in Europe, small villages as main cities.
All our destinations are presented in the item Eurolines destinations or by contacting our sales points.

c. Does Eurolines propose one product combining several destinations?

Eurolines proposes to customers two products with several destinations:
Eurolines Mini Pass for visiting two major cities
Eurolines Pass for visiting more than 40 European cities for period of 15 or 30 days.

d. What kind of tickets are available in Eurolines ?

We propose different cheapest ways of travelling:
  • Standard ticket: flexibility maximum
    Changeable - Refundable according to our sales conditions
  • Promo ticket: the sooner you book, the cheaper you travel
    Changeable once 48 hours before departure - Non-refundable
  • SUPER PROMO ticket: even cheapest than the Promo ticket!
    Non changeable - Non-refundable

e. What are the service fees?

Service fees are for the ticket distribution. There are applicable to any passenger except children below 4 years old, for a one way or round trip journey.

By phone, in our outlets or on Internet, fees applicable for any reservation (one way or round trip): € 5 per passenger
Exceptions:
Paris - Lille - Brussels: € 3
Perpignan - Barcelona: € 3
To Romania: € 6
To Morocco: € 8

e. When booking my ticket online, how much should I pay as service fee?

When booking online, there are no service fee applicable for a booking at least 30 days before departure.

Fees applicable for any reservation booked online within 30 days before departure (one way or round trip): € 3 per passenger.
Exceptions:
To Romania: € 6
To Morocco: € 8

f. Are there any discount proposed by Eurolines for children, youths, students and seniors?


Eurolines proposes different discount rates according to the age of the passenger.
Discounts are applicable on the price exclusive of booking fee. There are not applicable on promotional fares.

Fares are rounded off to the euro above (from the standard price).

To all destinations except Morocco:
Youth (from 12 to 25) and seniors (from 60 years old) : 10% discount
Children (from 4 to 11 years old): 50% discount
Babies (from 0 to 3 years old): 80% discount

To Morocco:
Children (from 4 to 11 years old): 30% discount
Babies (from 0 top 3 years old):70% discount

g. I would like to book a journey for more than 9 people. Do you propose an offer dedicated to groups?

Our network is available for travelling in groups for a very good price, without renting a coach.
With 10 standard ticket = 1 free ticket
Youths and Seniors = 10% discount
