What is Eurolines baggage limit and policy ?
- Europe: 2 suitcases per person are free of charge
- Morocco: A weight limit restriction of 40 kgs per person
The carriage of luggage is subject to available space in the coach luggage compartment. Excess charges may apply on embarkation for passengers exceeding the baggage allowances specified above.
For security reasons, it is forbidden to carry illegal goods or inflammable material aboard a Eurolines coach
Care of luggage is entirely the resonsibility of the owner.
How do I label my bags? Does Eurolines provide labels ?
At check-in, Eurolines can provide you with labels that include essential information such as: name - adrdress – contact telephone number - and destination.
For security reasons, we would remind all passengers to ensure that all their luggage is labelled
How can I insure my baggage against theft, loss and damage ?
We recommend you take out insurance. Eurolines can offer a multi risk insurance policy with the highly respected insurance company Mondial assistance. Insurance can be booked online, in a Eurolines shop, or at our call centre

Can I take sports equipment or musical instruments onboard ?
We regret that objects such as bicycles, skis, musical instruments etc. are not accepted onboard.
What items are forbidden onboard ?
For security reasons, it is forbidden to carry dangerous goods or inflammable material a Eurolines coach
I have to change coaches on my journey. Are my bags automatically transferred ?
It is the passenger's responsibility to transfer luggage between connecting coaches and verify that your baggage has been put in the luggage compartment of the coach. The same policy applies if Customs Officers inspect luggage at border controls.
I have lost my luggage. What do I do ?
I have had something stolen from my bags. What do I do?
On arrival at your destination you must immediately report this to your driver or the nearest Eurolines office. If they are unable to locate your baggage immediately, we would ask you to write to the following address so that Eurolines can try and trace your lost baggage.
