Your luggage
You can take two pieces of luggage free of charge (Maximum 40 kgs to Morocco).
We regret that objects such as bicycles, skis, musical instruments etc. are not accepted onboard.
If the coach capacity for luggage is not full, you may have the possibility to travel with additional luggage for a small charge on embarking the coach.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to carry onboard dangerous goods or flammable products.
The stowing of luggage in the coach hold is the passenger's responsibility.
On board
To ensure the comfort of all passengers, eating, drinking alcohol or smoking onboard is strictly forbidden. Regular stops are scheduled to allow customers to eat. The coach driver has the right to refuse any passenger under the influence of alcohol who may have a disruptive influence on the enjoyment of travel of fellow passengers.
Wearing of safety belts is compulsory whilst travelling.
Identity documents
It is the responsibility of passengers to ensure that they are in possession of correct documentation for travel to and through countries on the journey(s) reserved (e.g identity card, passport, visas, and authorization papers to leave the country in the case of unaccompanied minors).
If you were unable to travel because your identity papers were not valid, we would refer you to the refund information stated in article 13 of our sales conditions.
If travelling to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland or Italy, you are requested to show your valid travel documentation when booking your journey at our offices.
Confirmation of your return journey
Reconfirmation of the return journey is compulsory. In some countries Please contact Eurolines offices in your country of destination at least 5 days before your departure date (except if stated otherwise on your ticket).
In certain cases, a supplementary reconfirmation fee may be applied.
Reconfirmation is compulsory in the following countries :
- Baltics
- Bulgaria
- Bosnia-Herzegovina: € 3 reconfirmation fee - A receipt will be issued, which must be presented on boarding the coach
- Croatia: € 4 reconfirmation fee - A receipt will be issued, which must be presented on boarding the coach
- Morocco
- Moldova
- Macedonia: € 4 for reconfirmation fee - A receipt will be issued, which must be presented on boarding the coach
- Serbia: € 4 for reconfirmation fee - A receipt will be issued, which must be presented on boarding the coach
