Cancelling or modifying your ticket
Once your reservation is confirmed, you can modify or cancel your reservation.
In both cases, you need to go to a Eurolines shop or phone our Call Centre on 0 892 89 90 91
The ticket is non-refundable once the date or time of departure has been modified
Modifying a ticket :
It is important to specify your new date and/or departure time when modifying your ticket.
Subject to availability of seats, you can modify a standard or promo ticket without limitation up to 6 hours before departure.
Charges applied for modifications:- Your new journey may attract an additional supplement. Your Eurolines agent will advise you
- €8 modification fee up to 6 hours before the coach departure of your original booking
- Your ticket cannot be modified less than 6 hours before the coach departure of your original booking
- After modification, if the new fare is less than the fare of the original journey, we would advise that we do not refund the difference
Cancellation fees :
- More than 48 hours before departure: 25% cancellation fee of the total ticket price* (minimum charged:€10)
- From 48 hours up to 6 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee of the total price*(minimum charged:€20)
- Less than 6 hours before departure or "No Show": 100% cancellation fee of the total price*
- Lost or stolen tickets: 100% cancellation fee of the total price
*Please note: Booking, boarding and insurance fees are not refundable.
We would advise customers that any partially used ticket (Standard or Promo) is non-refundable.
Failure to board the coach on the outward journey of a return ticket will result in the automatic cancellation of the return journey without any refund
When modifying your ticket, the Eurolines sales agent will provide you a cancellation number and could refund your ticket (out cancellation fees). In some situations (depending on your payment) method), the Eurolines sales agent could ask you to download the refund document below (in French only):
